A large number of people can’t tell the difference between the two terms known as “core” and “abs” and as a result of this common misconception, we decided to make an article to help everyone differentiate between the two, and help everyone struggling with belly fat to lose weight and get a toned waist.
For starters, the term core means so much more than abs, since it involves the lower back muscles, the glutes, as well as the hips. With this in mind, we can come to a conclusion that it is far more beneficial for an individual struggling to lose belly fat to focus on core exercises instead of just getting abs. Focusing on the core will also bring forward other benefits such as improving the body posture, preventing injuries as well as boosting athletic performance.
Therefore, to strengthen the core and burn belly fat faster than ever, we suggest you take a look at the video exercises below:
In this first video, there are 3 simple exercises which you can do in just five minutes, and if you want even better and faster results, repeat the exercises two times.
- Skyscrapers (10 per each side)
- Windshield Wipers (10 per each side)
- Army Crawls (36 steps)
The second day exercises consists of 4 challenging moves that also need to be done in 5 minutes. For an extra challenge feel free to repeat them.
